Functioning of the BB gun

The gas BB guns are the ones which use a form of gas to propel the projectiles from the gun. Generally the carbon dioxide gas is used as cartridge. The gas is kept at a certain pressure and thus stored in a chamber in the form of liquid. This gas gradually gets released into firing chamber. It is in this firing chamber the gas expands in volume and ultimately propels the bullet. The blowback guns are comparatively more expensive than the non – blowback guns. In a blowback gun the gas blows back after the propelling of the BB. The blowback guns are preferred by the people as the gun’s slide action makes it more realistic. There is also another kind of BB guns, the electric BB Guns. These guns are not that harmful like the other kinds of guns that are available in the market. The electric BB Guns are kept by many people who have no particular reason for keeping a gun. These guns are also given to the kids as toys. It is one of the most well – known toys in the United States of America. But it should be remembered that the electric BB guns if not handled properly can harm the user.
